1. Minimal Information We Collect
We only collect the absolute minimum data required to power your account and sync your learning progress:
Your name, verified email address, and optional avatar when you register via Email OTP, Google OAuth, or GitHub OAuth. We never see or store your third-party social passwords.
Question solve states (“attempted”, “solved”, “mastered”), time spent, streak history, and hints used to provide seamless cloud sync and spaced repetition.
2. How Your Information is Used
We use your information strictly for legitimate platform purposes:
- To authenticate your sign-in session and manage your subscription status.
- To dispatch security OTP verification codes and official payment receipts.
- To synchronize your coding revision checkmarks across all your devices.
- To send critical onboarding guidance and occasional platform updates (you may opt out at any time).
3. Payment & Financial Security
All checkout payments are processed through PCI-DSS certified payment processors (such as Razorpay). Your credit card, UPI ID, or bank credentials are transmitted directly to the secure gateway and never touch or reside on our servers.
4. User Control & Account Deletion
You have total control over your information at all times:
- Progress Reset: You can clear your question attempts, solved statuses, and notes anytime from your user profile.
- Account & Data Deletion: If you wish to delete your account and all associated database rows, email us at brute2best.team@gmail.com. All records will be permanently purged within 48 hours.
